Ozark Bank 120th Anniversary Celebration Sweepstakes
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR ACCOUNT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Sponsor
The Ozark Bank 120th Anniversary Celebration Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Ozark Bank ("Sponsor"). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the FDIC.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the State of Missouri who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees of Ozark Bank and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers and directors, and their immediate family members and members of their household are not eligible to participate in either the daily prize giveaways or grand prize drawing.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. CST on Monday, September 21, 2026, and ends at 5:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, September 24, 2026 ("Promotion Period").
4. How to Enter
No purchase, account, deposit, transaction, or other banking relationship is necessary to enter or win.
During the Promotion Period, an eligible participant may visit any Ozark Bank location between the hours of 9:00 a.m. CST and 5:00 p.m. CST and complete the designated entry process to receive one (1) entry per calendar day.
A participant may receive only one (1) entry per day across all Ozark Bank locations. Visiting multiple Ozark Bank locations on the same day does not result in additional entries.
Participants who receive an entry on each of Monday, September 21; Tuesday, September 22; Wednesday, September 23; and Thursday, September 24 will receive one (1) additional bonus entry for the Grand Prize drawing.
The maximum number of entries any participant may receive for the Grand Prize drawing is five (5).
5. Daily Gifts (While Supplies Last)
Daily gifts will be available each day during the Promotion Period while supplies last.
Daily gifts will be distributed on Monday, September 21; Tuesday, September 22; Wednesday, September 23; Thursday, September 24; and Friday, September 25, 2026.
Eligible participants may receive one daily gift per day, subject to availability. Daily gifts will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
Receiving a daily gift does not disqualify a participant from participating in or winning the Grand Prize drawing.
6. Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing on Friday, September 25, 2026.
The Grand Prize consists of:
- One (1) 60-inch television
- Candy
- One (1) blanket
The Grand Prize is intended as a "Movie Date" themed prize package. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $500.
Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected in the Grand Prize drawing. No participant may have more than five (5) eligible entries in the Grand Prize drawing.
Receiving a daily gift does not affect a participant's eligibility for the Grand Prize.
The Grand Prize is non-transferable. No cash substitution will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Any federal, state, or local taxes or other expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. This drawing will take place on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. CST.
The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
The potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, IRS Form W-9, or other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond by Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CST, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
9. Release of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Ozark Bank and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, damaged or misdirected entries; technical failures; communication failures; unauthorized intervention; or any other circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules, provides false or misleading information, or attempts to interfere with the operation or administration of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, administrative errors or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness and/or statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. Personal Information
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and contacting participants and winners. Information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy policy.

13. Social Media Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant releases Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn from any and all liability arising from or related to the Sweepstakes.
