Internet Banking Instructions
First Time Users:
If you have not previously enrolled for Internet Banking, you may do so online by completing our online enrollment form. You will be asked to read and agree to the Ozark Bank Internet Banking Agreement. If you prefer, visit any Ozark Bank location and speak with one of our New Accounts Representatives who can assist you with the enrollment process and answer any questions or concerns you may have. After you have enrolled, we will provide you with an Access ID and temporary Password. You will then be able to log-in from any page on our website.
Current Registered Users – If you have already set up your Access ID and Password.
To Log-On to Ozark Bank website
- Visit www.ozarkbank.com
- Fill out the Access ID and Password boxes to enter the secure system. Enter your ACCESS ID (6 – 17 digits provided to you after sign-up) and your 6 – 17 digit alpha-numeric PASSWORD where indicated to access your accounts.
- The online banking homepage will appear. If you do not see this page, there is a possibility that your browser security needs to be upgraded to 128-bit encryption. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater or Netscape 4.76 or greater, you should already have 128-bit encryption. Under "Help" at the top of your screen, select "About" and it will tell you the version and encryption level. If you need to upgrade to 128-bit encryption, Microsoft users click here,
- If this is your first time to log-in, you will be asked to enter the temporary password again, then change it to a new 6 – 8 digit, alpha-numeric password and confirm by re-typing it. You must select a unique password containing at least one capital letter, one lower case letter and one number. Please do not use any other characters or spaces within the password.
- After your initial log-in, you will only have one log-in page to enter your Access ID and Password before your information will be displayed.
