Optional Overdraft Priviledge:

Upon eligibility, consumers may enjoy the comfort of having an established $300 overdraft limit. Customers wishing to decline or discontinue this service may contact us at (417) 581-2321.

An eligible account is one that is primarily used for personal and household purposes, has been open for at least 30 days and has a minimum of $300 in aggregate deposits. The account must be maintained in good standing thereafter, which includes but is not limited to a.) You continue to make deposits consistent with your past practices, and deposit at least $300 in your account within each 30 day period, b.) You are not in default on any loan obligation to Ozark Bank, c.) You bring your account to a positive balance (not overdrawn) at least once every 30 days, d.) Your account is not subject to any legal or administrative order or levy, and e.) Your account is being utilized in accordance with all state and federal laws.

Normal overdraft/non-sufficient funds fees apply, $25.00 per item, whether paid or returned unpaid, for overdrafts created by check, in-person withdrawal, ATM/Debit Card withdrawal, Internet Banking Transfer and/or Internet Banking Bill Payment, or other electronic means. All account fees/service charges will be deducted from your available overdraft limit.

Whether your overdrafts will be paid is discretionary and we reserve the right not to pay. For example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing, or you are not making regular deposits, or if you have exceeded your overdraft limit.

Overdrawn balances, including all fees/service charges, should be repaid immediately. Account must be brought to a positive balance at least once every 30 days with a maximum repayment period of 60 days.
