In 1906, a small group of investors established Ozark Bank (originally chartered as Ozark Savings Bank) with capital of $10,000. Today total assets have grown to over $200 million dollars.
The original investors envisioned the bank as a locally owned, independent organization, serving residents and businesses with the goal of investing local depositor's money back into the community to promote growth and successful commerce in the small town of Ozark.
Today, those goals remain steadfast, but have expanded far beyond Ozark, to Nixa and all of Christian and southern Greene Counties.
